Sidekick is an AI agent that runs custom manufacturing operations over text. Workers text a problem, photo, video, or voice memo and get an answer from the shop's own documents. It reads live machine data and acts on its own: flagging issues before they become downtime, opening and routing work orders, and placing purchase orders. No app, no login. These shops run on tribal knowledge: a handful of veterans know how every job is set up, and they are retiring.
